The Honda Accord is the series of mid-size autos manufactured by Honda since 1976, and sold in most markets throughout the world. The Accord became the first Japanese car to be produced in the U.S. in 1982, when production started in Marysville, Ohio at Honda’s Marysville Auto Plant.  The Accord brand has achieved great success, especially in the United States, where it was the best selling Japanese car for fifteen years (1982-97), topping its class in sales in 1991 and 2001, with around ten million vehicles sold. Numerous tests, for both older and more recent models count the Accord as one of the world’s most reliable vehicles.
